Overview
Globus is an infrastructure service for transferring data between research institutions worldwide. ISU is participant in this service. You can use Globus to transfer large data sets between registered endpoints that are set up at each research institution. You login in to the ISU endpoint using your ISU credentials. The ISU endpoint is integrated with Nova DTN (novadtn.its.iastate.edu) so any data you have access to on Nova can be transferred using Globus. You can also transfer data between an institutional endpoint and your personal computer.
The endpoint name for Nova cluster is Nova DTN (owned by isuhpcdtn@globusid.org).
