Nova will be undergoing routine maintenance on Tuesday, January 6, 2025. Downtime may take longer than usual as the cluster network replacement is scheduled at this time. Jobs with time limits that cross the maintenance window will automatically be held and started once work completes.
Remember to copy data off the cluster before the maintenance if you will need it while the cluster is not available.
/work/LAS will become read-only after the maintenance. Users of that storage should use /lustre/hdd/LAS instead.
Update: Nova maintenance has been pushed back a week to January 12th to match the delivery of the new IB cluster network hardware.
